Organiser Portal
- New featureThe biggest glow up to the Organiser Portal since it was launched. Every screen has been upgraded to a modern design framework.

- Upgraded to a more modern text editor for event descriptions, posts, and emails.
- Calendar feeds (iCal, Google Calendar and Outlook) now include per-day times and timetables for multi-day events.
- A new dashboard widget that compares the current period's memberships signups to previous periods (e.g 2025 vs 2026).

- Allow entrants to 'Ride for no award'. This allows a higher class rider to ride in a lower grade than they normally would.
- Choose from 2 new licence types 'Ride Park Day Licence' or 'Come & Try'. Allows custom text to be added to help entrants choose the right option.
- ExperimentalUpload a results PDF or images and have riders, classes, and scores extracted automatically by AI. Organisers should carefully review the AI output for correctness prior to publishing as score sheet PDFs vary in format and in some cases results can be very wrong.
- BugfixProducts on the entry form update pricing in real time as quantities change.
- BugfixDropdown style entry form questions are now validated correctly.

- Members can pay for memberships in instalments with Afterpay.
- Automatic discounts based on child count for Family Memberships — for example 1 child = 25% off, 2+ = 50% off — configurable per plan.
- New featureSponsors on the Trials Australia website now use our Entry Place Sponsors feature — companies, ads, view and click tracking, dashboards, and JavaScript ad slots that can be embedded on club websites. - New featureSubscribe to an organiser's calendar from your own calendar app, with events updating automatically as they change. Try this out by visiting a Ride Trials Calendar and pressing ‘Follow Trials Australia’.

- New featureSelf-Scrutineering forms can be added to any event with 3 clicks. It’s shown after the entry is completed and their name, class and motorcycle gets autofilled.

- Show the exact entrance to your event with our event map. In the Organiser Portal you can preview your event locations on a map and drag/drop the marker to set a precise location.
- Choose to show a membership card in your emails when bulk emailing members from current or past membership years.
- More clearly show the Payment Provider being used (Square or Pin Payments) and the expected amount to be paid out.
- After paying out partial takings for an event the remaining total that can be paid is now shown.

- Upload images for products and pricing options so entrants see what they're buying.
- Hide Shop Products without deleting them.
- Import the default set of questions required for MA events in 2 clicks.
- Recreation Licence fee calculations corrected.

- Membership now remember which plan a user chose last time and suggests that. Membership Details are prefilled across years if members login.
- New feature‘Event Setup Tasks’ coaches you on how to best setup your event. If you’re misconfigured, we link you right to what you need to fix.
- All entrant details on an entry form can be edited by the club or organiser.

- All organisation activity including venue check ins, email sends, event entries and admin actions are now logged and shown on the dashboard.

Entry place website
- The Entry Place marketing site — Home, About, Pricing, Privacy, Contact, plus overview pages for events, memberships, and email. Includes a ‘Discover events’ section to find events throughout Motorcycling Events in Australia.
- Customers can sign up, log in, edit their profile, and see their memberships and membership cards on the public site.
- Better exports, and time-zone-aware form expiry.

- Refund Square payments directly from an entry.
- We now support event entries where no payment is required. This is useful to gather details for a volunteer or observer without requiring them to pay.

- Alongside the built-in Admin and Limited roles, organisations can now create custom roles with granular per-feature access (None, Basic or Full) across Events, Sessions, Contacts, Memberships, Campaigns, Forms, Finance, Settings and Users.
